1

Hybrid Europe’s first open access neuroinclusive entrepreneurship model for young people Starter Kit

NYE will develop a practical model that shows how to support neurodivergent young people to explore entrepreneurship in ways that work for them. It will bring together what we learn from research, co design, training delivery, mentoring, and real world pilot labs. The model will focus on accessibility, flexible participation, clear communication, and structured support for planning and decision making. It will be tested and refined with participants and practitioners across partner countries, so it is grounded in real experience. The final model will be shared openly so other organisations can adopt and adapt it.

2

Hybrid Healthcare Bootcamps

NYE will begin by building a clear picture of what neurodivergent young people need when exploring entrepreneurship, and what support providers need to work more inclusively. The Needs Assessment Report will draw on input from over 100 people, including neurodivergent young adults, youth workers, enterprise educators, mentors, and other stakeholders. It will capture barriers, strengths, preferred learning formats, and practical recommendations for better support. Importantly, the findings will not be published in one format only. They will be shared in accessible, neurodivergent friendly formats, so the learning is clear, usable, and easy to engage with.

3

20 plus microlearning modules that are clear, manageable, and accessible

NYE will create a suite of 20 or more short learning modules that support neurodivergent young people to build practical entrepreneurship skills step by step. The modules will cover key areas such as idea development, customer research, planning, pricing, communication, and building confidence. Each module will be designed to reduce overload by keeping learning focused and broken into manageable parts. Content will be structured with clear goals, simple language, and practical examples, with options for different ways of engaging such as text, audio, and visual materials. The aim is to make learning easier to start, easier to return to, and easier to use in real life.

4

A fully accessible digital learning platform and open resource hub

NYE will build an online platform that brings together learning, resources, and support in one accessible space. It will host the microlearning modules and a growing library of tools, templates, and guidance that participants and practitioners can use. The platform will be designed to be clear to navigate, supportive for different attention needs, and compatible with assistive technologies. It will also connect learners with mentoring and project opportunities, helping young people move from interest to action. The platform and resource hub will be built for long term open access, so the project’s outputs remain available and useful beyond the funding period.
